Haunted Halloween Picture!

Remember I posted about the Spooky Wall Art not long ago and said I may or may not do it, and had a few modifications to make it even easier (and cheaper)? This morning my oldest left to spend the day/ night with her best friend and my son was most unhappy. So I told him we could do a project together. So then I had to think of something to actually do... and I remembered this!

I was actually going to use spaghetti for the frame, but didnt have any, and wasn't about to make a special trip to the store to get it.

I printed out a halloween picture I found online and cut it down with craft scissors. I then took another sheet of white paper and cut the edges off (also with craft scissors). Now to find something to use as the 'frame'. I have a bunch of work mail that was out of date so never got mailed, so I took one of the big envelopes and spray painted it black. Then, I used spray adhesive to glue the picture and 'mat' down.

My four year old helped with the positioning so its not quite even, but thats okay, I'm hardly a perfectionist and I DID say he could help so... its a little askew! LOL

Cost: FREE
2 pieces of heavy weight paper: on hand
halloween picture (free, online)
Large piece of paper or cardboard for frame (on hand)
Black Spray Paint: on hand
Spray adhesive: on hand
craft scissors: on hand
